Bold and decisive, bright dishes are presented with a daring blend of design and aesthetic. “Cooking is my passion, cooking healthy is my objective. There are two ingredients that prove to be the best – it is the freshest seafood and Thai Herbal. In Thailand, I have learnt how to cook when I was a little boy. During Summer, my dad would ask me to get lemongrass or pandanus leave from our garden to make the famous Thai lemongrass tea – it is known to calm the heat inside our body.
